Odd left hand kart ID help

[Blue flame]

I’ve had this kart for a while and was wondering if anyone knew anything about it. Motor mounts on the left side with the sprocket facing towards the rider. Most “conventional” motors are spinning the wrong direction when installed like that. I would just like some insight as to what this kart was meant for and possibly a manufacturer
