Cannot recommend that kart for driving around the neighborhood. It is a purpose built track kart designed for smooth pavement. It sits about a half inch off the ground. You will bottom out on surface streets. Additionally should you hit a curb count on a bent rear axle, bent wheels and bent steering column. I'd recommend a yard kart, like a Yerf Dog, purpose built to take the abuse from the street and off road. You will enjoy it much more.
