This was our very first time racing karts and had a great time and learned alot. We were waaaaay off on tire pressure, alignment, and stagger but with help from surrounding teams made great strides by Saturday night. The one thing we noticed was at the green flag drop he was getting just left behind and took a good 1/2 lap to get up to speed. I am assuming that was due to clutch or gears. We have an old style clutch and everyone seemed to be running bully style clutches. so that is next change the other is gearing and i am lost there I am not sure the exact size of the track but what gears should he be running in Jr3? Any help would be greatly appreciated
