The 5* LF stuff is for asphalt. And some of the other stuff like the no cross, standard, high cross, etc. Have the same angle as the standard spindles but have the arms mounted higher or lower on the barrel to help you achieve the % you want without having to jack your king pin washers all the way up or down.
We've always used the standard spindles. And haven't really had any issues getting what we've needed.
