phenom vs phenom es2

is there any difference between the two? likely buying a phenom is there anything i should know.

The ES2 does not use the adjustable aluminum caster L-block. It has a welded steel L-Block and uses a pill to adjust caster.

ES2 uses a different bearing cassette than the Phenom as well. I think it uses the std. design cassettes.

The ES2 is very similar to the Phenom except that there is a slight difference in the rear cross member and the RF is in a different place. Some say the ES2 turns a little better than the original Phenom, some can't really tell any difference. In the way of speed, they're pretty much equal. Per Todd from PRC.

The Es2 is a newer kart than the regular phenom. Same design except the differences stated above. The ES2 was an economy kart. Like Umax did with the Bad Max.

No but it didnt have all the upgrades. Just one color and the bare min.
