I have an animal on alcohol and sat we ran it and in the main it broke the pipe right. At the flange wuts the cause of that and is there any special oil i should besides amsoil thx

If you are currently running amsoil, then continue running it. Mixing of oils can be catastrophic.
Excess heat at the flange, header wrap too close to the flange, localized heat stress from welding, stretching/flaring of the tubing size, improper bracing, vibration, rough tracks, crashes, etc etc causes pipes to break.
Lots of ways to help prevent this, but none will completely eliminate the possibility of pipe breakage.
