I am looking to have a motor built for a new kart we purchased. My daughter will be running Green plate champs with this engine, if we get it done this season, but due to age and being this late in season she will move up to open, no plate, next spring.
I want a Hemi pred, alum. Rod, alum flywheel, have ordered an EVause carb, and will order a new Dover, new style! Winnie pipe. All of which follow our rules for green plate.
My question is that after some research I am stuck on which cam to use.
BSP 3 or Mod 2??
Any recommendations appreciated. I can post a list of class rules if needed but both of these should fall within lift rules for the class. Springs must be 10.8#
