Plate motors

My boy Is running the red plate class at our local track. Sometimes they don't have enough karts so they move the red plates up with the purple plate class. My ? Is what Jets would b best to use with a red plate versus a purple plate. He has a stock carb that I jetted myself. Any info appreciated

You change the jets according to the plate, you can't expect to gain by changing the jet and keeping the same plate. If that makes sense.

That makes sense but I'm hoping someone will know what Jets would b a good starting point for each plate
