If you are new to kart racing, do NOT get a Deuce. Do not listen to anybody that tells you to get a Deuce. They are for experienced racers that know everything there is to know about tires.First off i am new to kart racing going through my second or third childhood lol . Do your self a favor being totally green to the sport, start out with a Triton. What is you recommendation as far as a chassis goes . I am sure all the front runners are treating there tires I wanna be competitive but I know nothing about the sport .
Tritons are great for first timers. If you insist on a brand new chassis and can get support from a dealer, get a scythe. They are pretty tire friendly as well. What is you recommendation as far as a chassis goes . I am in Middle TennesseeWhere are you located? A visit to a kart shop would do you well towards establishing a relationship that will save you money in the end.
Going to the track you intend on racing, & developing a relationship with the tire guy that tends to run upfront will reap rewardsI am in Middle Tennessee
