PRC stalker pill question

Looking for a good starting point for the front end for a 1/4 fairly flat high grip dirt track. Which pills on the LF and RF and on the + or - notch. I’ve got an idea of what I think would be a good starting point but I’m curious what some of the more seasoned vets have to say. Thanks for any and all input it’s appreciated!
 
What about washer spacing? Do I want the spindle all the way to the top or all the way down or somewhere in the middle?
