PRC Support

How much support do you guys that run these phantoms get from PRC? Are they accessible? Is there a go to guy or kart shop in Ohio/ Indiana for help on our tracks ?

I have never called or sent E-mail to phantom that was not answered or replied to in a timely manner. My local phantom dealer was always just a phone call away.

They have always picked up the phone when I called and given me the information I needed. Even before I owned a Phantom kart. My local dealer is always helpful too. Most recently I inquired about a Seraph owners manual that my dealer was out of. They emailed me a PDF free of charge.
