This could go for hemi or non-hemi, if you could do any modifications you wanted but it had to look stock ( factory gas tank, factory looking exhaust and factory air box and shrouding) from 6 feet away what would you do and what would be the theoretical upper rpm limit? Could you change rotating assembly and cam and get it to turn 6,000 RPM reliably?
