Predator 212 valve issues

I have a predator 212 on my emmick chassis. I recently bent the intake valve and pushrod. I have the new valve installed and a set of new pushrods. My issue is now when I put the head on and tighten it down to 20 lb/ft. when I slowly turn it over the intake valve starts hitting the piston. The cam is timed correctly.
Could the valve lash be too tight or is it a valve stem tip length problem. I am almost certain the valves were the same length. I do not have the old intake valve. Any suggestions to help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Did you deck the block too much or need a thicker head gasket? Does it have a high lift cam? Maybe the valve seat is not in the head all the way?

Like pointed out above might be a tooth off on the cam.

Also like pointed out why did it break the first time?

What cam do you have?

Hemi or non hemi?

Hemi piston in a non hemi or anything else to move the piston up or down? Head milled?
