Predator carb change

I bought a 390 carb to put on my predator stock appearing to try run with the opens. Got it on and the throttle is like backwards what am I missing or doing wrong.
 
You will have to make a new linkage a little longer I found a coat hanger works pretty good. On the arm your linkage hooks to drill a new hole on the side that the throttle cable pulls from it will then work correctly.
