Predator Class Beginner

I am running a predator class in a flat kart for the first time. 5000 rpm limit. i have my motor but i'm not exactly sure what to do to it to get ready, i know drill gas cap but how big of a hole? Also i know i delete oil pressure sensor but how? how to set governor to 5000 rpm limit? should i use just standard oil or the thinner stuff used in clones? and lastly do i run 87 ethanol or can i run higher octane? thanks in advance to all that are helping it is greatly appreciated

87 octane . Two ways for the oil sensor , removal and simply unpluging it .
Standard oil .change nightly .

what about drilling gas cap?

Seems like 3- 1/8th inch holes . I don't run the stock tank .
Someone should chime in .

I drilled 1/8 th hole clear through cap about 1 inch in from edge .

Drilled through top layer and then a second layer and stopped.. Four holes, then breath through it if you want to test; you are vented.. Done it to about 10 motors so far and all have worked great..
