Predator stage 1 questions

Looking to see if anyone has already put in the dirty work to find this info out and save me a lot of track trial and error testing and buying parts I don't need.

We are running box stock predator 212s with: governors and low oil sensor removed. The air filter, pipe, spark plug, jetting, flywheel, timing, and spring are open rules, everything else must remain stock. (hemi or non hemi) 2 tracks 1/10 and 1/12

What would be your target and max rpm for a hemi?

would 10.8 or 18 lb springs be better for hemi?
Also if 10.8 which kind for no tech?

Best timing for this motor?

Would a weenie pipe or 3 stage pipe be better?

Would 3910x still be best plug?

Yes I ended up replacing the switch with one I mounted to my steering wheel for ease of use and added a ground to the frame and one of those things solved it.
 
10.8 any of the advertizers on Bobs 4 cycle .
3 stage pipe ..036 jet
30* timing may be conservative but without better info start there .
Target 4900 track rpm maybe less .
3910x might be okay , i would have a ngk #5 and 6 handy .
Or autolite 62-63 .
