Preparing Burris 33B for a low bite track in 30 degree temps. Should tires be hit during the week? Typically it’s a Krug or Black Bite track.

Drop them 10 points early in the week with something like our Monster Bite (each coat drops 2-3 points duro.)
Then if you want to hit them with something harsh to get them to fire as a PRW, have at it.

I doubt that you'll be able to keep any temp in the tires at all, so having harder tires won't cut it once the harsh prep burns off.
If you start with a softer fresh tire, then the tire has a chance to keep up with the cold track temperatures.
