Press in Wheel Studs?

I saw an ad for press in wheel studs. Is this a joke? Hoping they press in from the back and have some kind of head. If not I'll add it to the list of things I never want on my kart.

PRC has press in wheel studs. They are pressed in from the rear and you can hammer them out/in quickly in a pinch.

One advantage of these is that if you cross-thread a lug and it hurts the threads, you hammer it out and it doesn't destroy the hub threads like 1/4-28 bolts do when you go to remove it.

if you cut off that thread in one you dont tear up the hub. I know thats not always possible at the track, just a thought.
