If you're mechanically inclined or at least want to learn/try a build on your own...the Predator isn't a bad option. I only say this because it's $99 which helps when you're looking into aftermarket parts and tools. I know they get a bad wrap but they're a lot of fun to build, parts are crazy available and can make some decent power. Remember that just because you have the most power doesn't mean you automatically win.

If your "small bullring" tracks are high-grip dont-lift tracks, then smaller engines may keep up (GX390, 125cc Sudam), if it's a high-speed-differential track, you want brute torque available (think 450 mx'er.) If this is a true RWYB class, prepare to see some major HP escalations...

Maybe it's just me but I don't trust the clone or predator blocks. Something about making a cheap engine that wasn't designed for racing into a powerhouse has never sounded like a good idea to me. I'd stick with the animal any day of the week. Yeah the price may be more but you get an engine that was purpose built from the start lol. All the parts in that animal should make it one bad*** engine.
