pulse from valve cover

My thinking and I could be overthinking. The pressure in the crankcase lifts a valve in the valve cover to allow relief of pressure, now you are going to introduce pressure on the other side of the valve. Pressure in an enclosed space is equal and applied in all directions. The vent hose you install is just part of that enclosed space, for the most effective venting why not just run it to a detached tank.

Why would you want to do this in the first place??? It makes no sense. You need to vent excess crankcase pressure to atmosphere usually in a filtered can to catch oil vapors that condense. Why on earth would you want to feed that pressure back into the motor? Cars feed it into the intake tract to help with emissions but I'm not seeing your purpose at all...
