Pulsing 28mm pwk carb off intake

I having stumbling issues with mod motor 2.835 bore big valve pulls to 8000 then stumbles any chance pulsing off intake is to much loading carb up..
 
You're pulsing the fuel pump off the intake correct? Is the pump new/fresh? Do you have good springs in this motor? If you suspect its a fuel issue you will need a wideband o2 to see if rich or lean to properly diagnose. But my bet is ignition or springs at that RPM...
