Question?

I've heard of guys putting wd-40 on burris tires as a prep. My question is wouldn't wd-40 pull the oils out of tire.
Ive found out that wd 40 stands for water displacement on the 40th try.
I know it will dry out my hands if I get it on them. Is my thinking correct.

I'm also looking for 2 unmounted left front 33a's, preferably no older than 2016.

Thanks

No Im not trying to soften them. I have just heard of people using it as a prep, and I was thinking that it would pull moisture out of the tires. Thats all.

I will repel water from the tire (ie water displacement.)

Very little oil will be added to the tire, but it is an old school prep that some still use on Burris today.
Personally, I think there are much better commercially available preps, (ours and other,) but it would be an alternative, as would the transmission fluid, diesel fuel, etc.
