Question

I am completely new to these style karts and purchased a used chassis this afternoon. It was a little bit rougher in person than the pics showed but I didn’t want to leave without it. My question is, can anyone get me a measurement on where the gas and brake pedal mounting brackets or sleeves go? They modified it for a child and completely moved them and looking to put it back for an adult. Thanks

Should be up at the front hoop area . Is there no little bushings there or a place were you can tell they have been taken off .
Location can be where it suits you best .
Is it a ultra max ? Steering shaft indicates that .

They completely ground them off, but i can figure out general area just wasn’t sure if it had to be exact. Yes ultramax, was told 08- 10, but he wasn’t positive.

Another position for the pedals .
U-max had a different design the master was always real close too the pedals . With a short connecting rod vs a long one .
Some u-max expert should be along soon .

Picture of the rear cassette area will help identify it . Maybe a better pic of the current throttle/brake assembly.
@ JR motorsports is the umax guy.

I’ll go out and take a few more pics of the rear, but I already took the pedal assembly off because they were on kids pedal risers and the rods were all crudely welded, but they did give me a few new pieces of rod but not sure if it is enough or the right stock.

I had thought I got a great deal at $300, but I’m starting to think I didn’t haha. It has the numbers 212 02 behind brake master

Yes those 206 bearings are right. You could get these pedals for it, they attach to the 2 front bars leading to bumper. I have an Octane Blaze, only tuff part is finding bumpers. Front especially.

Excellent, I appreciate it! And I have all the bumpers I believe, just no body.

Also, does anybody know how to get zero offset? (I believe that’s what it is called) my front right hub has a bunch of spacers and my left has none and then one has all the washers on the top and one has all of them on the bottom. It looks like one hub has a back on it and one doesn’t. So do I need matching hubs and to then distribute washers evenly?
