Rear Stabilizer Assembly

Anyone have any insight on what the rear stabilizer assembly does on the icon?

Pros and cons to running with it or without it?

Pro it saves the rear frame rail .
Con the rear frame rail gets bent .
It needs to be free moving and lubricated .
Too add /clarify .
The hiems need to be connected and free not frozen up .

Its not used for any type of adjustment, it helps save the left rear frame rail from getting severely bent if you back into the wall with the left rear corner of the kart
