1 disc 6 spring Bully is my choice for sure. Now, you might get away with an SMC Vortex 2 disc because of the design and more gradual engagement.
The tendency in kart clutches is to build them to "hit" hard and pull the engine down in rpm. That "hit" feels good to the driver, but in reality it doesn't do the crankshaft (especially import stuff) any good, and with red plate low HP already, it can easily pull the engine well below peak torque where the clutch initially engages. You can make a 4 spring Bully come in more gradually as well. Just takes a little set-up finesse.
