Hey was wondering if anyone had any input on gearing for a red plate class. New to the class as my son turns 5 this may wasnt sure the gearing difference between red plate and blue plate/adult classes. We run AMS, KB speedway, Pittsfield, and stateline. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

First at most tracks with red plate you don't get a choice they have gear rules for this class which 90% of the time are not the correct gearing combo for the track, they gear them to crank the crap out of them so be aware of that judging to go to a track where you can choose your gearing.
There is NO always but in general if you know blue plate gearing using 2 front driver sizes bigger with little lower rear will give you a good ball park starting point for red plate.
