Race Results 7/27/19
It was a beautiful evening once again on the mountain at Red Rock Raceways. See the picture below courtesy of Janie Lynn. We had a total of 60 karts on hand plus the RC Cars from Shaffer’s Full Steam Ahead in Altoona, The KUAS Series and the PA Micro Midgets.
The KUAS drivers, as always, were on point in their 2 heats and feature. This was a Keystone/Empire National 1/4Pt race. As the green flag waved the #77 of Denny Furlow jumped out to an early lead. While enjoying the lead the #12x of hot shoe Kyle Pease was working his way to the front and on lap 9 took the lead from Frulow and never looked back. The race was slowed by 3 cautions. Acording to Brain Lunn,” This young man continues his dominance as your current 2019 points leader in ‘3’ UAS Regions!!!” His hard work ethics and determination is being noticed by many. Congratulations Kyle!! Red Rock Raceways is proud to be the home for the 2019 Northeast Divisional Race on October 11th&12th with a Rain Date of the 13th. Please mark your calendars and be sure to watch this exciting show. I will post more details as the time draws near.
