repairing plastic nose?

I need to do a little repair to my Son's M&M nose. I've heard that fiberglass won't adhere to it. I've also heard you can epoxy with the fiberglass and works well.

What have any of you done in the past that worked.

I fiberglassed a g-man plastic nose with no problems. Just scuffed it first.

How would you put fiberglass on without epoxy?

I'd use a plastic welder or soldering iron from the backside...

cut a metal close hanger so you have a straight piece, heat up end up good with a torch, then use a zip-tie and melt it where you need it

I've used plastic epoxy with good results. I buy mine at Ace Hardware, it is their brand and is in a 2 part syringe. Sands eazy enough and then paint with plastic spray paint.
