What is a good starting point for setup numbers on a JR2 on a big tube rival? Running on Maxxis in the southeast on tracks around 1/8 mile. Have reviewed the setup numbers on Umax site but not sure if those are good for JR2.

Thanks

Your not having much luck getting any info. I'm not up on the Rival 100 % But I can get ya in the ball park I'd try 56% left, 47 % nose, 66% cross,
2.75 RF neg camber, .5 LF pos camber.

Good Luck !!

The setup from numbers from the UMAX site are very good for "starting points" The Rival is a very balanced chassis with extremely good roll speed. The numbers can change dependent upon track conditions but the most important is your tire program. If you have a good tire program situated for the track you are running the RIVAL will do its job. The chassis is very forgiving on tires in that your not likely to "lock it down" if you miss tires a little. But you are subject to be free if your tire program isn't aggressive enough

Might I ask, with 40.25% of the total weight on the LR, if you don't have your stagger just right, couldn't that cause a push?
