Robin Subaru throttle hook up?

Would anyone have advise on hooking up the throttle pedal to a Robin Subaru EX21. I'm sure I need a throttle bracket or plate to do this but can't find one. If I'm in the wrong section for this let me know. This is just a yard kart.
 
not sure what an ex21 is. I did see a Subaru the other day on a air compressor looked much like a clone engine .I would think a throttle for a clone would work check you tube for home made throttle for clone.
the chain dragon reel system may work also.
a trip to the farm store to look how they do it on the dune buggy type things they sell.
saw some where they drilled a hole in the govoner arm and attached throttle to that.
do you know if it has a govoner?
 
Yeah its like a clone I guess. You see them on power washers and generators mostly. Great, powerful engines and I'm surprised they aren't used more for karting. Yeah i'll check out the clone set ups. Prob very similar.
 
yes the one I saw was. looked like a 390 Honda maybe a bit bigger cc.
ran a welder generator and air compressor via belt
