I run a wedge bodied PRC Minecon with a 131 sudam on it, it's about 180lbs in race ready condition....would be a damn competitive combination witha 200lb driver....I'm a bit heavier mind you....
450's seem to be the popular choice, although many seem to have trouble getting all that hp hooked up, a few builders are producing their own versions of billet block 250's that look very intriguing to me....
200-250 depending on motor and accessories. Don’t worry about being overweight with a good 250/450 package. They will both benefit with a little extra.
Our kart is about 255 scaled and ready without the driver. Takes added weight to get numbers right for most uas karts from my experience for nose and sometimes left percentages.
