Have a rotory valve cover and the crank is rubbing the seal.it was built for a 34 mm carb.what would be the best way of getting it better centered.i wonder if maybe the mounting holes need b larger and the diameter that goes into the block needs a few thousandths taken off to where the seal will self center itself.its not off just maybe 5-10 thousandths or so
