RPM for a tire roller

All the ones i've seen you can barely tell its moving. I'm thinking at 70 seconds you are in the ballpark. 4-6 rotations per min seems awful fast compared to what everyone else is doing/suggesting.

I agree .
One rev per 70 seconds , might still be a little fast but definently a reasonable amount of time per rev .

I just put a RR maxxis tire at 34 1/4" on my KKP single roller it took 4.50 Min for the tire to make 1 full revolution, and the single drive roller took 27 sec to make 1 full revolution. Not saying right wrong or indifferent, but 4 to 6 per min sounds fast to me, Hell some guy's don't race that fast lol !!

I'm no expert, but when your applying heat to your tire box the higher rpm would give you a better/even coat on the inside of your tire. That's just my opinion.
The faster it rolls the more gets on the sidewall
have you ever stuck a tire inside the tire roller without a rim and watched to see how it coats the tire?

I have . Different strokes for different folks .
I have no problem if you want 5 revs per minute .
I prefer slower .
