Whats the difference?? SA vs Unrestricted or are they the same?

SA is usually a modified engine that meets the ; looks stock from 10 feet rule set .
Un restricted is generally a legal blueprinted engine with no restrictor plate .

A stock appearing engine can be a lot more than $1500.00.
You can do what ever you want inside plus bore the carb.
It depends on how bad you want it to be.
