This is just kinda an idea I had. I am trying to figure out what the most common safety gear is worn. Of all the safety gear you put on before you hop in your kart what does your safety gear consist of? Like is your safety gear different when driving an open motor kart vs a predator kart or what?

I wear my rib protector when racing indoors. Too hot for it outside in the summer.

get a Kart driving suit , not a fire suit for open karts , I wear it all I need to go to work on Monday

There is no other item in racing more important than your safety gear. Never skimp on your safety.
