Scale kart and tire setup

Yes left up a little, but now cross back down 63 % max, If it's because you used 2" front stagger again, lower it to 1 1/2 " max I fixed the stagger I just over calculated how much to adjust I also had to add weight to meet my class requirement so I still have to adjust the nose and left

Now that I I hope to get info on my wife's kart it handle ok but I know it needs adjustment it is an old banshee frame not sure of year with minor adjustment capabilities

That's not a PRC Banshee, the back of it looks like one though, what's throwing me off is the steering post and steering shaft mounts.

Still dont think its a banshee unless someone welded that style steering post onto a banshee. There a serial tag on it? Lr bearing hanger i think is where it should be, someone please correct me if im wrong.

A bit off topic but I would be buying a wolf plate for the brake rotor I do believe they are mandatory. Even if not, it’s 15 bucks to help prevent that rotor from going thru your spine.

Good catch Cope 1 . If you can't buy one , fabricating one would be simple . Even pop rivet some steel too the seat .

First thing I noticed. Too safety minded but don’t like people to get hurt when it’s preventable! Yes that would be better than what is currently on there!

It says banshee on the axle . The cassette look like PRC .
XXX40 said he thought the late ones had a single upright steering post , he is pretty knowledgeable .
If the person you bought it from said banshee then it likely is.
Problem is most early chassis look the same .

I would like any info on how to scale my kart
What it means to offset
Why to offset tires
What percentages do I need my kart to be on a 3/8 mile slightly banked track

My motor seems great I'm losing speed in the corner my front end seems to be either pushing but when its catches then the back gets lose

I widened my rear axle by 1 /34 after the race because I realized it was alot shorter than my wife's kart which handles considerably better

2010's ultramax
maybe there is a parts vendor or set up guy at the main track you run at. we have a parts/set up racer/vendor at our local track, he has been super helpful, he scaled and adjusted both our carts and it was very inexpensive, i could have him set them both up 2x a year for 10 years before i would offset the cost of my own equipment...
