Rule difference/changes from semo raceways 2015 rules for this event are as follows:
1. This will be a burris ss33a only tire rule.
2. Any reserved season parking for regular races and money races does not apply for this event only. How ever if you have reserved parking for the season you do have first choice at that spot for semo's firecracker shootout.
3. We added a purple plate class for this race. The reason is we could not make the choice between green and blue for the $10,015.00 race . So we decided to adjust the age,weight, and plate to accommodate both classes because some of the Jr. Drivers can enter both green and blue classes and some can't . This rule Is final and WILL NOT CHANGE. We wanted to offer this race with as wide range as we could. This change allows us to do so. Also keep in mind we kept the green and blue class in the guaranteed payouts that way the kids could run 2 classes each for track time. We will not allow any Jr. Drivers to run all 3 classes. We at semo raceway tried our absolute best to plan this at equal opportunity to the Jr. Drivers. No Jr. Driver can run the $10,015.00 purple plate and then enter an adult class even if they are 15 yrs old. For this race a 15 year old Jr. Driver will have to choose adult or Jr class only. We are aware we will not make every parent happy with these rules. But please remember how hard it is to get tracks to offer an event like this to happen for a Jr. Driver. We at semo raceway feel these Jr. Drivers deserve to race at this level as well.
4. In both of the $10,015.00 shows if a driver goes a lap down they must exit the track. This is for the safety of both leader and lap kart.
5. All non main event classes will qualify 2 rounds. First round will be to lock in 10 karts. Then we will quaifly the 2nd round to lock in 15 more karts. NO CONSI RACES. 25 karts will start in all non main event classes.
6. In the 2 $10,015.00 classes we will quaifly 3 rounds. Taking 10 karts each round for a total of 30 karts to start the main events. NO CONSI RACES.
7. All Feature Races will start single file.
8. All non main event features will be 20 laps. Both $10,015.00 main event classes features will be 30 laps.
9. All races besides amateur open are clone motors.
10. All class run open pipe open clutch
Pit passes $25.00 per day or $40.00 2day.
We will have a parking layout posted bye tuesday. There will be sponsor parking, Regular paid parking and free parking sections. Also will have 10 electric spots
