Anyone ever sent a frame to Phantom and have them check it over ? Or is this even a thing ?

Shipping both ways plus time involved , would not be cost effective .
Good chance it's going to cost in the 600 dollar range .
Or I could be way off .

I'm wondering if it would need to be one of the current chassis ?
The jig for chassis would be set up for a current build .
A frame table method would be more one off checks .

i would think they would refer you to a local dealer to get it checked. Local to me would be about 8hrs

Why don't you check it over your self, it's easy. Search this site for info on how.

As a side note, I wanted to send a slightly bent frame back to Coyote to get it straightened. It was bent in a very difficult area to fix. They were not interested in the least on helping me with it. Suggested buying a new frame.
