Setup Help-Icon Small Track High Grip

Attempting to setup up a Phantom Icon for a small, 1/10 mile track with tight corners and high grip. Kart is currently pushing through the corners, especially center-exit. Our current numbers are:

Left-58%
Nose-47%
Cross-59%
Read Stagger-1.5
Front Stagger-1.5

What adjustments should we make from here? We know the cross should probably go up but what about the left side weight?
 
on a small track usually more stagger in the rear and try more left and cross. But one thing at a time.
 
That crossweight % is pretty low for the icon. I would add some cross, get it up to about 63. The icon likes alot of cross. You may want to take a little weight off the nose too. (about 46%)
 
LF Camber- +0.25
RF Camber- -2.5
LF Caster- 8
RF Caster- 12

The tires were punching mid 30s-low 40s on Maxxis Pinks.
