Welcome to Seven7 Plates! We are your “go to” for your karting tire rack plate needs. Our plates are made out of 1/8” aluminum for increased durability, lighter & much more sturdy then your basic plates. These have a 2” wide surface mounting area with 1/4” predrilled holes which also adds to the sturdiness. The hole cutouts (.75”) are perfect for 1/2” emt conduit which you can purchase from your local hardware store. Singles are 10” tall, doubles 22”, triples 34”, quads 46” & 5 tiers 58”. To answer some questions that I get very often. No, the tires will not bounce out during travel and they also do not touch the wall of your trailer. I suggest mounting the plates every 3’-5’ so for 10’ you’d need a minimum of 3, 12’ you’d need 4 and so on. The more plates the less sag and bounce with your conduit.
