shipping scales stand and roll around kart

What is the most cost effective way to ship a roll around kart and scale stands (separately)? Thanks.

Scales stands can be boxed up pretty easy, the rolling stand will be close to oversize if not done right

Box them up as small as possible (take the wheels off the kart) and ship thru UPS?

I would check usps and fedex. I shipped scale stands regularly and usually cost 20-25 the last rolling stand was 48.00
