whats the best parts for a blue restictor. short track engine. cam? flywheel? timing?

Attention to detail is the biggest thing that makes the difference .
Once you learn that . Everything comes into place .
Built too spec could be a KT 100 , a Briggs Flathead or a Clone . If it's not built to spec your likely not at max power or you used the same parts with out attention to the details .
