side cover patched /unpatched

looking at my spec sheet to torque the side cover on and it lists.. patched and un patched?? what is patched? where the side cover's been welded on? direct form my LO206 book.

Patched or unpatched refers to if the bolts have a patch of dry thread locker on the threads.
Patched bolts require more torque.
