I run a 24mm GX390 alky carb I got from NR Racing and have been really happy with it. Pretty cheap, too.

That all depends on what you intend to do with the motor, the type of fuel you use...all going to come in to play when deciding on a carb.

24mm Mikuni flat slide might be good.
