Spring rates of tires

I remember a year ago that I saw a post that listed tire spring rates. What I need is the spring rates of tires and even the air poundage for that rate.
How much does inside tire prep change the spring rate of that tire? I realize that there are variables such as temperature - But I need a place to start. Has anyone ever built a tire spring rate gauge?
