Streeter Double stack kart stand

Just bought a new double stacker and was wondering if it matters putting the Swivel Castor set up on the rear of the stand. The other tires are stationary, wondering if they should be on the rear of the stand for weight reasons. Thanks..

Swivel wheels in the rear make it turn much easier.
