stripped carb drain plug screw on 206

Any good ideas for a semi stripped carb drain plug screw? Looks like damn thing was glued in there as well. Tried WD 40 and some gentle taps with rubber mallet on phillips head but she aint budging.

Screw extractor http://www.harborfreight.com/screw-extractor-set-12-pc-61981.html you can find them at any any home improvement or hardware store. I don't use the screw to drain I use the 5/16 or 8mm allen screw on the bottom.

I guess you are right I could leave the darn thing alone and drain like you said-

Just get a new or different bowl. They are cheap and/or anyone who has a spare pats box probably has one you can have.
