Stripped my threads out.. HELP

I'm racing this weekend and stripped the threads out on the exhaust header bolt hole on my brand new clone motor. What type of helicoil do I need to get to go in and fit ?

Metric thinking 8mm

Probably 6mm. Bolt close to 1/4 inch .

8 mm close to 5/16 inch.

Believe this is what you need.

They are M8 1.25 .

Should be M8X1.25, but with clone stuff, it may vary.
