When you are posting you will see the Icons at the top of the Quick Reply box. The second one from the left is to insert video. Click on it and it will pop up a box for you to provide a URL link to the video,

It might be OK, there used to be a lot of video links that got deleted because of the comments on the linked page. We'll see.

I think this would be helpful showing how things are done for us newbies. Sometimes a video will be more understanding. Can have a section just for helpful videos. Just a thought.
