Tach momentary switch for 2 temps.

Don’t really feel like forking out 600 bucks for a dual temp Mychron or buying an expansion box for a single temp model. I use H20 and EGT but water is really just needed to glance at here and there. Is there a way to install an in-line passive momentary switch between the two thermocoupler sends to Y into a single temp input so I can choose what temp I want to see?

Do you have to change the settings on the Mychron for how of input? If not then im sure there is. How many wires and is it shielded?

I would have to turn the temperature alarm off, but that should be it. I believe these thermocouplers are a hot and a ground, but not shielded considering they interfere with RPM leads when they touch.

I'm trying to understand why you would want to see the CHT at all. On my dyno, I considered it almost useless.

Where does he say he wants to see cht al? Looks like he wants to know his water temp and exhaust temps......

Why would you need too turn the alarm off for momentary . Its just a light or two .
